We don't talk about it often, but in addition to packaging equipment, we also provide full automation of production, including the supply of production machines. We offer complete turnkey production lines, so to speak. We recently wrapped up an interesting project that we’ll be adding to our portfolio of case studies.

A client came to us with this project based on a recommendation from another one of our clients—something that happens quite often. The task was to assemble a fully automated production line for Oreo-style sandwich cookies. The line was designed to handle every step of the process except the actual baking: automatically feeding the cookies, applying the cream filling, assembling the sandwiches, counting them, grouping them, and packaging them—all while maintaining quality control. In addition, it was necessary to immediately include the possibility of scaling up production into the line.

Overall, the task was not overly complex; the client turned to us because of our expertise in selecting and integrating various pieces of equipment into a single production line. Now we have proposed an option that includes an automatic sandwich cookie machine, an automatic product grouping system, and a horizontal Flow-Pack packaging machine. We delivered the entire system to the client’s site and handled the complete installation and setup. The line's launch took place on schedule, which, given the current circumstances of our country, can also be considered an achievement. Naturally, our specialists also trained the client's staff on how to operate the new line.
